God and Identity

In this day and age, it's pretty common to be identified as something, the collective identity has overshadowed the individual identity of a person, mainly in light of recent identity politics; where being a collective is the only way to be recognized for a single cause that stems from multiple ideologies coming together trying to achieve everything and nothing at once, but that’s not the point, at the end of the day, it's an identity that we refer ourselves with, in a collective sense I am a Pakistani, brown, Indo-Aryan ethnic, tall, not so muscular, reasonably rational, teenager(as if right now), secular-thiest, and as an individual, since I am just “Fahad Ormaz”. But identity is not something we've had inherently, it's our way of giving an identity to an object/subject and understanding things in this complicated world that is beyond our sensory comprehension if we remove the subjective identity from a respective object/subject of interest. In my experience, I've witnessed two types of identities which we have given things(by things I am referring to Subject or Object to which can possess an identity of its own), objective and subjective identities, an objective identity is not so difficult to understand, as it's assigned to an ideal objective body and whatever closely resembles the said object’s visual appearance and functionality would automatically be referred to as the assigned objective identity like teacups come in all shape and sizes but things that are common in all the cups is that they all have a handle to grab, they all can hold liquid in their bodies, and they’re made out of insulating element to trap heat inside and not to burn hands on someone who’s grabbing it in their hand, It's not difficult to understand objective identity if you've read Plato’s work briefly but for those who haven't, let me briefly summarize it for you with another example, a cruise ship and a yacht both would be referred to as ships despite them being different because at the end of the day they both serves the same function which is to carry things/people across the body of water and resembles the archetype of a ship. Now, this objective identity out of the way let's move to the elephant in the room, which is subjective identity and its paradoxes, a subjective identity is complicated because it is what we assign over the already existing objective identity to differentiate between two of the same existing objects, this often uses to elaborate the said object in its given narrative as referring to the said object via objective identification wouldn't help the case of our elaboration as there would be no difference between the identity of two of the same type of objects. To counter that problem we assign objects with specific identities, which does not correlate with the objective features, for example, a person and a yacht both can be named the same thing for example “Zara” despite being two entirely separate things, which only causes more complications, hence why we often elaborate the subjective identity by assigning it's objective identity at the end for example "Zara the Superyacht". I am aware that how ridiculous it sounds, but that’s not the point of the statement at all, identity problem is one of those problem people are facing from the dawn of mankind, Whether you consider that we are crafted by the God from Clay into Adam and Eve, we were craftsmanship of Prometheus and Epimetheus, separated from the Eye of Re, from a Tree trunk into Ask and Embla, descendants of Manu, Or simply just a byproduct of billions of years of the endless evolutionary cycle, this one question that reminds constantly is “What are we?” Well let me tell you a story, the first tale of mankind, the origin of thought, question, and feelings, I am talking about the Dawn of Mankind as I know of it myself, or I should rather say, I came up with myself. There was a time when a man opens his eyes and realizes that “he is” without realizing “What it is that he is”, the first-ever feeling he felt was of Fear, not any Fear, Fear of the Unknown, the first question he asked, is “why is he?”, and of course the first Fear he was feeling was driven from the question he had when he suddenly realized that “He simply is” not knowing what, to get rid of that excruciating fear he came up with the first-ever hypothesis, to color the voids of colorless unknowns which were deep-rooted in his mind as soon as he realized that “He simply is”, he started to come up with answers that he thought fits those voids, then it happened, he created what will last till the End of Time, completing the first hypothesis, he created “God” only to realize it didn’t fill the void, just turned into a God-shaped hole. Quite tragic yet beautiful nonetheless.
